Looks like things just recovered in Florence, SC (29501 zip)

Had been mostly working with a few exceptions, but it appears to be fully back now.  Local Channels are back, Android and Roku apps working properly, etc.  Web App is properly verifying/warning about needing flash plugin again, yada yada.

So, it looks like we are on the mend again as far as authentication and CDN availability here (provided internet is stable, which may be a different story in some areas).   Hopefully this is rolling to other markets now.

Is the site not working properly or is this on my end and if it's on my end how can i correct what I'm doing wrong.

Seasonal Status costs

I called customer service to find out about seasonal status, and was told it costs $15 a month.  I watched the video about it at the support site and it says it costs $5 a month per service.  Which is it?  Could be both I guess if one has TV, Internet, and phone, I guess, but I would just like to understand it better.  Thanks!

For seasonal the rates are a bit different depending on the product.

For Internet the seasonal rate is $4.99 per/mo for Spectrum and for Earthlink.

        Email

        Security Suite

If you have a home security system Internet would be  $29.99 per/mo.

      Email

      Security Suite

      In home Wifi  (if you subscribe)

      Out of home WiFi hotspot access

      Current Voice Services

 Every Day Low price Internet is $14.99

Phone service is also $4.99

     Call Forwarding

     Call Blocking

      Do Not Disturb

      Distinctive Ring

      Call Waiting

      Simultaneous Ring


Video service is where the difference is You would be billed $9.99 per/month plus

the Broadcast TV surcharge.  Streaming Video package is not eligible for Seasonal.

This would provide :

       Limited Basic

Guide

PPV/VOD not available

DVR service is not available

DVR recording schedule is suspended. Any previously recorded

               content will remain on the customer's DVR.

      TV and Spectrum TV app entitlement for Limited Basic.

Thank you! We are considering just internet, so I assume the $4.99 seasonal rate would apply when we are away. What we really need is email and the security suite, which looks like it's included at that rate. Thanks again.

My TWC APP now My Spectrum APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Major Headache!  So I try to open the my TWC app to pay my bill and when I log in a pop up says to download the My Spectrum App.  So I download the My Spectrum app and try to sign in and it says Oops! Something went wrong.  We weren't able to finish signing you in.  Please try again later.  I thought maybe my password was wrong so logged in on my laptop on Spectrum.com and that worked so I payed my bill that way.  I was on the phone for hours with them and they said the engineering department is gonna fix my issue, and they have a ticket out for my problem.  Well its been 2 days and it still does not work Smiley Sad Smiley Sad  Anyone else having this problem???????

I'm unable to login either. The error message is:

"Sign-in Error. We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again later. ILI-9000. (1100)."

Seems to be related to the Apple App store app because I am able to login to the web-browser based My Spectrum App.

Never had a problem with the TWC app.

HHHMMMMM.....I guess your right.  I have a Iphone 10.  Im gonna try and download it on my wifes s9 plus and see if that works.

So it has to be the apple platform that is causing the sign in issue with the My Spectrum APP!  I downloaded it on my wifes Galaxy S9+ and it works fine.  Tried it on my Apple IPAD, IPHONE X, and IPHONE 6s+ and no action.  Someone please fix this issue.  I already have a ticket out for the issue and its been over a week!  No contact from anyone at Spectrum yet and it seems like this issue ain't serious! HELP!!!!!

Log-in Redirect Loop

Hello,

I'm a new customer and when i try to log-in for the first time I get stuck in a redirect loop which in the end logs me out. I know, I am using correct password as when I typed in the wrong password it prompts. How do I stop the redirect loop and log in?

Platform details may help.

For example, some sites (like Hulu.com) can do some weird things in a phone browser in mobile mode... switching to desktop mode corrects it.

I also encountered this problem. I reset my password and used new password, but I cannot sign in (It is automatically logged out).

I am using Chrome on Windows 7. I am overseas, but I guess it is not the issue

I also get this.  It's really annoying and I can't view my bill.

Tried Safari and Chrome on desktop, as well as resetting password.  I'm a Time Warner user transferred over to Spectrum and it worked fine on the Time Warner site.

That's why I'm afraid to get Choice or Stream. The app breaks every week and the watch spectrum website that streams channels is still Flash.

Still, still down????? We can access our, My Account now but we continue to receive an error when trying to access TV/On Demand via computer.  Still receive the error that follows below. Anyone else???

29501 Market seems to be "mostly" OK now, just a few glaring exceptions.

We seem to be authenticating for My Account, email, and Spectrum TV apps on the Roku's and Phones just fine.... but we have finally been hit with the loss of all local channels via Spectrum Stream.  In our market, it is somewhere north of 20 channels because of the extra side channels like the dedicated 24/7weather forecast/radar, Bounce, MeTV, ThisTV, etc. that come with each of the core channels for ABC/CBS/FOX/CW/ETV.

Nothing is available from 100 down on the channel list.  However, we get everything in the package from channel 101 and up (including the HD version of C-SPAN), except for the HD versions of all the locals that used to show up before (for example, a local on channel 09 would show again as 1209, etc.).

The only thing that is still completely out of whack is watch.spectrum.net.  It was the ONLY thing that gave me an actual error code (WPC-1005).  IDK if that error is any help... but that is all I've managed to capture so far in our market.

Wish them the best of luck hunting down the proverbial needle in a haystack.
